WASHINGTON – Today, Congressman Jim Hagedorn (MN-01) voted against H.R. 4, a political power grab by Speaker Pelosi and House Democrats to obtain total federal control over our country’s elections.
H.R. 4 passed on a party line vote of 219-212.

WASHINGTON – Today, Congressman Jim Hagedorn (MN-01) rejected Speaker Pelosi and House Democrats’ effort to reorder America into their vision of a one-party socialist state. He voted against a procedural sleight of hand to “deem” S. Con. Res. 14, the fiscal year 2022 budget resolution, which proposes massive increases in government spending via a partisan reconciliation process.

WASHINGTON – Today, House Democrats rejected an amendment offered by Congressman Jim Hagedorn (MN-01) on Biden’s Executive Order #13985: Advancing Racial Equity and Support for Underserved Communities Through the Federal Government. Hagedorn’s amendment would prohibit the use of federal funds to implement Biden’s Executive Order and ensure all Americans are treated equally.

MANKATO – Today, Congressman Jim Hagedorn (MN-01) announced a reoccurrence of his kidney cancer. Hagedorn was diagnosed with stage IV kidney cancer on February 15, 2019, and has received continued care and immunotherapy at Rochester’s Mayo Clinic. After recently visiting the Mayo Clinic and undergoing several tests, Hagedorn’s doctors confirmed that his cancer has resurfaced.
