Jim Hagedorn (MN-01) is currently accepting submissions for the 2019 Congressional Art Competition from high school students in Minnesota’s First Congressional District. The winning submission will hang in the U.S. Capitol Complex for a year and the winner will earn a trip to Washington for an awards ceremony.
